Turkey is the most popular cross-region arbitrage target, but platforms are hardening: Netflix forces region change after extended non-TR logins; Spotify requires a TR-IP login within 14 days or auto-reverts. Payment method is the key — must be a Turkish Apple ID (top up via gift cards) or TR virtual card (e.g. papara) to stay stable. Prefer Istanbul exit nodes with Türk Telekom/Vodafone TR residential IPs; datacenter detection is high. Note Turkey's RTUK occasionally issues temp block orders against Twitter/Wikipedia (happened 2017/2020/2023) — an overseas exit is needed to bypass.
