When VPNing into Hong Kong, prefer HK nodes on local ISPs (HKT, HKBN, CMHK, SmarTone) residential ranges. HK IPs are scarce for Asian streaming use cases, and even datacenter IPs get blacklisted by Netflix HK / HBO Max HK.
