TL;DR

Chile is one of LatAm's higher-ARPU streaming markets. Netflix Chile is mid-priced (~CLP 6,500 / ~$7 USD premium). Disney+ LatAm (merged Star+ in 2024), HBO Max LatAm, Paramount+ LatAm, and Prime Video all work. Apple TV+ has Chile pricing. Spotify Chile is LatAm Tier 2 (pricier than Mexico, cheaper than US). Missing: Hulu (US-only), BBC iPlayer (UK-only), Tving / Watcha (Korea-only), ESPN+ (US-only but ESPN has separate LatAm app / Disney+ bundle). MLB.TV has national-team blackouts.

Tips

Chile's backbone (Movistar, Entel, VTR, WOM) is solid; Santiago nodes have good residential IP supply. Disney+ LatAm doesn't cross-region with NA; Star+ merged into Disney+ LatAm but the catalog stays LatAm-segmented. HBO Max LatAm has strong originals (Argentina, 1985 / 30 monedas). Pay locally with RUT + Visa/Mastercard; some platforms accept Webpay. Chile residential IPs work well, but US-only content (Hulu / Peacock) won't unlock from a CL exit.
